March 9. 2009 : 5.30 pm (วันนี้จะใช้เวลา NY Time ตลอดเรื่อง) เข็มและ Gift ช่วยกันลากกระเป๋าใบโตและหนักคนละใบบนทางเดินที่ขรุชระ จาก Apt – Subway โดยเฉพาะงานนี้ ต้องถามเข็ม หนุ่มแต่ผู้เดียวที่ต้องแบกกระเป๋าลงบันได Subway หลายขั้น.. ว่าเหนื่อยมากไม๊…. 55555 พอถึงสถานี… สาย E มาเแล้ว รีบลากกระเป๋าขึ้นตู้ … โชคดีจัง… ตู้ที่จอดว่างได้นั่งสบายหน่อย …. เข็มนำทีมขึ้น ตามด้วยแม่ และ Gift ….55555… พอก้าวเข้าไป…สัมผัสกลิ่นในตู้… เข็มคนแรก
ที่ลากกระเป๋าเผ่นออกจากตู้ และตามด้วยเราอีก 2 คน จะไม่วิ่งออกได้ไง ….อือหือ.. กลิ่นประหลาดอบอวลขนาดนั้น คนที่อาศัยที่ NY และเดินทางโดย Subway เป็นประจำถึงจะรับรู้ถึงกลิ่นนี้ …กลิ่นมาจาก..คนไร้บ้าน 1 คน พร้อมถุงใส่สัมภาระที่นั่งอยู่มุมตู้มันทำพิษมากมายจนคนหนีหมด … เคยขึ้น Subway เจอคนไร้บ้านเหมือนกัน แต่กลิ่นยังไม่หนักหนาสากรรจ์เท่าวันนี้ …. คนที่ขึ้นมีพฤติกรรมก้าวขึ้น และกระโดดออกแทบทั้งนั้น ,,, กลับมาเรื่องเราต่อ พอหลุดจากตู้ว่าง ก็รีบลากกระเป๋าไปตู้ถัดไป ถึงแม้จะไม่มีที่นั่ง บรรยากาศในตู้คงดีกว่านะ พอรถเคลื่อน จะเห็นคนที่ติดไปในตู้ที่มีกลิ่น คงทนกลิ่นต่อไปไม่ไหว ตัดสินใจย้ายตู้ ไม่งั้นคงเป็นลมพับแน่ๆ
..ถึงสถานี 34 st ลงเดินไป NY Penn Station จากที่นี่ไป Newark International Airport ค่าตุั๋วคนละ $15 ซื้อตั๋วเสร็จไปดูตารางเดินรถ มาถึงช้าไปประมาณ 5 นาที 
ไม่งั้นได้ขึ้นรถขบวนที่ออก 6.52 pm …ขบวนถัดไปจะออก 7.07 pm ตามระเบียบ ไปกิน Sanwich รอเวลา
และได้เดินทางตามกำหนดไปที่หมาย EWR ในระยะเวลาเพียง 1/2 ชั่วโมงเท่านั้น ลงจากรถ ก็ต้องต่อ Air train ซึ่งไม่ต้องเสียค่าบริการ ไปยัง Terminal B 
จากนั้นก็ไปติดต่อ…ตั๋ว
ที counter EVA กว่าจะรู้เรื่อง ชั้นที่นั่ง Elite class เล่นเอาเข็มต้องติดต่อพี่ด้าย และ เดินไปมาติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำ Counter 2 – 3 เที่ยว และเจ้าหน้าที่ของ EVA ที่รู้เรื่องมากที่สุด ก็คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาวที่ใส่ชุดสีเขียว EVA พอเห็นใบที่ออกเพื่อรับตั๋ว ก็ให้ไปเข้าแถว Elite แทนเข้าแถว Economy Class เจ้าหน้าที่จ่ายตั๋วจาก EWR – TPE เพียง 1 ใบ เท่านั้น เข็มพยายามติดต่อเรื่องตั๋วจาก TPE – BKK เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่สามารถออกให้ และให้ไปติดต่อรับที่
Transfer counter ที่ TPE ด้วยความเป็นห่วงแม่ เข็มก็บอกเจ้าหน้าที่ว่า แม่พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ก็ยืนยันเช่นเดิม และยื่นตั๋วเดินทางจาก EWR – TPE เพียงใบเดียว & Sticker… (MAAS).. 1 ใบ ให้ติดหน้าอกระหว่างเดินทาง (คิดเองนะว่า ให้ติด Sticker นี้ เพราะเดินทางแบบ Standby….55555) และให้ Load กระเป๋าเดินทาง 2 ใบ ที่อัดสัมภาระเต็มพื้นที่ ยกกระเป๋าใบแรก หนัก 22.2 (หน่วยเป็นอะไรไม่รู้นะ) และตามด้วยใบที่สอง น้ำหนัก 22.2 เท่ากัน…5555 เรา 3 คน โล่งอกเลย ไม่งั้นต้องมีการย้ายสัมภาระใส่ถุงและแบกขึ้นเครื่อง .. ได้ตั๋วและLoad กระเป๋าเรียบร้อยมองนาฬิกา 9 pm 
เข็มและ Gift พาแม่ไปหา Gate B และหาที่นั่งอยู่เป็นเพื่อนแม่อีกระยะหนึ่ง คงเป็นด้วยความห่วงว่าแม่จะปัญหาในการสื่อสารเรื่องตั๋วในช่วงต่อไป ดูจากสีหน้านะ….5555 นั่งคุยกัน… 10 pm แล้ว ก็ให้เข็มและ Gift กลับ เพราะเข็มต้องการประหยัดเกือบ $10 ต้องไปต่อรถบัสที่ EWR ซึ่งต้องใช้เวลาในการเดินทางมากกว่า หลังจากร่ำลากับลูกเรียบร้อย เข้า Gate B ผ่านด่านตรวจสัมภาระ และ ลำตัว ..ตรงดิ่งไปสู่ Gate B62 เพื่อรอขึ้นเครื่อง BR 0031 ต่อไป ระหว่างรอแวะซื้อน้ำ 1 ขวดรวม vat แล้ว $2.88 (ตามคำแนะนำของลูกด้าย ซื้อน้ำขึ้นเครื่องได้) ประมาณ 11.00 pm ผู้โดยสารก็เดินผ่าน Gate B62 และทะยอยขึ้นเครื่องประมาณ

11.30 pm ขึ้นไปหาที่นั่ง 22C แถมที่นั่งคู่ 22A ว่างด้วย จับจองเป็นที่วางกระเป๋าถือเสียเลย วันนี้ผู้โดยสารบนเครื่องน้อยมาก แถวกลาง 22 DEFG มีผู้โดยสารหญิงนั่งที่ 22G เพียงคนเดียว และแถวอื่นมีผู้โดยสารนั่ง 1 – 2 คนเท่านั้น หากเนรมิตรได้ จะพาเข็มและ Gift ร่วมเดินทางกลับด้วย …55555 ….ขอตอบคำถามเข็มหน่อย… ชั้น Elite มีทั้งหมด 7 แถว เรียงลำดับจาก 20 – 27 แถวหน้า 20 XX XXX XX มีเพียง 7 ที่นั่ง สวนแถวที่เหลือ AC DEFG HK แถวละ 8 ที่นั่ง…. เวลา 12 pm เครื่องก็บินออกจาก EWR ประมาณ 00.30 am Air Hostess ก็เสิร์ฟอาหาร มื้อนี้เลือกกินข้าวกับไก่ กินเสร็จเครื่องก็ปิดไฟให้ผู้โดยสารพัก เงียบดี ได้หลับเป็นพักๆๆ Sticker ติดหน้าอกหลุดหลายครั้ง เก็บใส่กระเป๋าเสื้อเสียเลย….ใกล้ถึง Anchorage Int’l Airport Air Hostess ชาวไต้หวันมาทักทายและบอกว่า Air port ที่จะถึงนี้ ให้เดินตามผู้โดยสารอื่นไป เพื่อรอ Transist ประมาณไม่เกิน 1 ชั่วโมง แต่เมื่อบินต่อไปเมื่อไปถึง TPE แล้วให้นั่งรอบนเครื่อง ให้ผู้โดยสารคนอื่นลงไปให้หมด จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่มาพาไปที่ Trasfer counter ด้วยความ งง ๆๆ คิดว่าทำไมต้่องรอ…. แต่ก็ตอบรับ Air Hostess ไปงั้นๆๆ

…โน้นเครื่องกำลังจะลงแวะที่ Anchorage Int’l Airport แล้ว โอ้โห…ขาวโพนไปหมดทั่วสนามบิน …. 7.10 am เครื่องจอดให้ผู้โดยสารลง พอผ่านประตูทางออก มีเจ้าหน้าที่แจกบัตร Transist ให้ผู้โดยสารทุกคน มองไปที่แถวเก้าอี้ เห็น Air Hostess ของ EVA นั่งอยู่ประมาณ 3 แถว ก็เลยเดินไปหาคนที่นั่งริมแถวใกล้สุด ถามว่า “Do you know Pias ?” เค้าก็ชีัไปที่นั่งแถวฝั่งตรงข้าม ได้เข้าไปแนะนำตัวกับ Pias ซึ่งนั่งอยู่กะ Air Hostess รุ่นน้องด้าย ชื่อ หนึ่ง Pias และ หนึ่ง ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแลผู้โดยสาร Economy class และยังบอกเลยว่าด้ายไม่เห็นบอกเลยว่า แม่เดินทางมากะเครื่องลำนี้ ก็เลยตอบ Pias ไปว่าแม่มาแบบ Standby และได้ถามเกี่ยวกับ Transfer counter ที่ TPE และ ทำไม Air Hostess ระหว่างบิน EWR – ANC แนะนำให้นั่งรอบนเครื่องเมื่อถึง TPE ไม่ต้องเดินออกเหมือนผู้โดยสารอื่น.. Pias ก็เลยถามว่า เค้าให้แม่ติด Sticker MAAS ที่หน้าออกหรือเปล่า ก็เลยควักจากกระเป๋าให้ดู เพิ่งรู้ว่า Sticker ติดไว้ให้เจ้าหน้าที่รู้ว่า…เป็นผู้โดยสารที่ไม่สามารถช่วยตัวเองได้ ….55555 และ pias ก็อธิบายเรื่อง Transfer Counter และบอกว่า เคยมีประสบการณ์ บินไป LA แบบ Stanby เค้าก็จ่ายตั๋วให้เพียงเที่ยวเดียว และตั๋วถัดไปต้องไปรับที่ TPE หลังคำแนะนำจาก Pias ผู้ผ่านประสบการณ์มาแล้ว ทำให้กระจ่างขึ้น ได้เวลา Air Hostess ต้องขึ้นไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่บนเครื่องแล้ว ได้ที่นั่งจาก Pias เลย …. ไปชงกาแฟสักแก้วจากจุดบริการ แถมได้ถ่ายรูปนาฬิกาที่เปรียบเทียบเวลา และ เด็กน้อยน่ารัก 2 คน คงชอบใจที่ได้เห็นรูปตัวเองในกล้อง …ยืนเต๊ะท่าให้ถ่ายอีก ……อ่านเท่านี้ก่อนนะ ….มีต่อ Part II
